What is your Leo dog's horoscope

Leo (July 23 – August 22)

You are a dog with the challenging zodiac sign of Leo the lion. You were naturally born to be a leader, and enjoy telling people what to do. Most of the time you are trying to be helpful, but other animals or humans may be taking a step back from you. You do best as an only dog or pet, though you do appreciate if you have other furry companions in the home.

You are a natural guard dog and will go to great lengths to protect your humans and other furry companions. If there has been a dog in the news who has pulled their human out of a burning building, or warned of a gas leak, chances are that they were born between July and August.

Even though you like to tell people what to do, you also want to be praised for your efforts too. You’ll accept doggy treats as a thank you, or even a new dog toy.

You’re a fire sign, hence your ability to domineer and be fearless. You get along best with the other two fire signs, Aries, and Sagittarius. You will also get along with Aquarius, who are calm and cool, and will ignore your domineering efforts.

Since you enjoy telling people what to do, you’d rather sit back and dictate to them what to do. As a result, you may not be getting all the exercise that you need. You do enjoy eating your food, and extra treats. Your human loves to make you happy, but they may be over-feeding you. You may have a few extra pounds, but this will also make you extra-cuddly too.

The Sun is your ruling planet, the largest in our solar system. It’s no surprise that you have the doggy characteristics that you do. The following year will provide you with a better balance between being someone’s friend, and being someone’s Mom or Dad, so people don’t get annoyed with you. But you can still celebrate being a helpful dog to everyone! And don’t forget to hover by the door to ask for an extra walk or two per day! You can still tell people what to do, and get some extra exercise while you’re at it! Even better, there will be plenty of other humans and furry pets outside, so that you’ll have extra people to tell what to do!
